Seasonbell Privacy Policy
Seasonbell: TV Series Tracker ("the app") is made by Foldline Studios ("we"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.
The short version
We do not collect, store, sell or share any personal information. The app has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
Your show list
The shows you follow, your alert settings and related information are stored on your device. If iCloud Sync is turned on, Apple stores a copy in your own private iCloud account so your devices stay in sync. We cannot see or access this data. You can turn iCloud Sync off at any time in the app's Settings.
Information the app requests from other services
To show series information, the app sends requests to these services. The requests contain only what is needed, such as a show's or actor's name or ID — never your name, contact details or any personal identifier from us.
- TVmaze (tvmaze.com) — show details, seasons, ratings and cast.
- Wikidata (wikidata.org) — actors' movie credits, operated by the Wikimedia Foundation.
- YouTube and streaming services' websites — opened when you tap Trailer or Preview, using Apple's in-app Safari view. These sites may use cookies and collect information under their own privacy policies, just as they would in Safari.
When you tap Watch, the app opens the relevant streaming app or the App Store.
Purchases
The optional unlock is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app schedules alerts about new seasons on your device. No notification data is sent to us.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
